In the Wall Street Journal this morning, it was reported that this two-faced rat will not be joining other Republicans in a filibuster of anti-gun legislation. The Journal was reporting a statement that he made to CNN over the weekend. I hope you gentlemen from SC find someone else to represent you in the Senate. Homer Simpson would probably make a better Senator.

I watched it live. The leading of questions and his waffling was horrendous.
 
Graham's response was balanced and reflected that he has authored legislation to insure that the current level of background checks in place have more complete mental health data. To tar him as pro gun control is ridiculous.
 
I believe he is on the right side of this issue. I will give him the benefit of the doubt until I see a move in the wrong direction. I will say that Sen. Graham can come from all sides of an issue from time to time. He does bear scrutiny.

So far only 5 Senators have signed a letter of intent to fillibuster so where does that leave the rest of them if strong and outspoken opponenets of further restrictions haven't made this committment? Are they rats as well?

It is counterproductive to call a 2A supporter a "rat" simply because they're with the majority of 2A supporters instead of the most ardent.
