I know they didn't have stainless in 1860, but with a little Mother's Mag Polish, that baby would look like an original that had been nickled. Saweeet!

What does "SCORE" mean, I see it used a lot?

Does it mean a person paid more than anyone else with access to the www. and bid on it and was willing to pay the most amount of money than other folks?

If that is scoring, does not seem like frugal buying at all, does it, paying more than other folks who are willingly to part with money?

Your guess as to it's meaning is the direct opposite of what it actually means.

In this instance, according to the American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, relevant definitions are "to achieve a gain or purpose; succeed" or "to make a surprising gain or coup".

"Score!" as in, if that pistol had been listed on an auction site it might have brought twice what Fingers gave for it... Nice looking pistola!

What more can be said of the sweet lines of the 1860 Army. But not just a beauty like the 61 Navy and 62 Police, with it blasting out a 45 caliber ball, a brute as well!!
Good score Fingers!!

Nice! It is a scientifically proven fact that 1860's make the world a better place. :D

.....said the sore loser.

If you have never done it, steam the grips. Put a pan of water on the stove and get it boiling good. Hold the grip in the steam and it should pull most of the dents out of it. Let it dry good and smooth it with some .0000 steel wool.
