I have posted this a 'few' times and no one seems to notice it.

In stock at many times a month is 300 Blackout in 110 & 150 grain.

I have purchased it since the ammo scarcity began.

Loaded in texas and shoots just fine in my 16" upper.

I stopped buying it as I now have enough to shoot & hunt with,hope to reload it soon too.

Yes, Nikon's Spot On is great for Nikon scopes but ballistic page is good for any round regardless of brand of scope. The program lets you choose a bullet and muzzle velocity and other components needed for a ballistic chart.

If you don't have a Nikon scope, pick one that is close. When you get to the reticle pictorial choose the ballistic chart. The Nikon reticke has no bearing on the ballistic chart.

Plus, the program is free and can be loaded onto an iPhone, etc.

Its $1.50 to $1.75 per round

You can shoot great 308 rounds for that.

Thats a far cry from the promised plentiful $.60 per round (which is still touted on the 300 blk website.

Reloading is the key.....

I ran it with a 125 Gr bullet @ 2180 FPS (PNW Nosler ballistic Tip) and if I did it right, it says with a 50 yard zero the first hash mark would be 220 yds, the second hash mark would be 380 yds, and the tip of the post at 465.

Make sure you adjust scope height. It defaults to 1.5" ARs are more like ~2.5"

Dave, I have an AR in 7.62X39. I am in Illinois, so suppressors are verboten, and up til just recently SBR's were too. Just as an FYI....DPMS's website and the owner's manual both said:

1. Don't shoot foreign made ammo

And/or

2. Don't shoot steel cased ammo

I really don't know what the bore size is. It ran like a top with the American Eagle brass cased ammo.

The MFS headstamped brass cased ammo I got from Cabela's puked on every round. It was foreign made, in Hungary, I think.

One of these days I will actually reload for it, and cast boolits for it too. I haven't shot any steel cased ammo through it yet. So just to warn you ahead of time. I also bought an extra bolt.
