I'd vote if I thought that I needed rulers

If more gun owners would have got off their butts and voted, the Universal Background Check in Washington State would NOT have passed.

If more gun owners would have got off their butts and voted, Governor Cuomo who rammed the SAFE ACT through New York State maybe, just maybe he would have NOT been reelected.

If more gun owners would have got off their butts and voted, Governor Hickenlooper in Colorado who voted for the Universal Background Check and the magazine restriction would NOT have been reelected.

And those would have been three clear messages that said if a politician messes with 2A rights, they can get thrown out of office.

Not sure what the political landscape in PA is, but this year we are deciding a new governor in Kentucky. And getting the most Pro Second Amendment candidate in position for November is important to us.

You are aware that you still have to follow their laws even if you don't vote? Some laws are easier to follow than others, and who you vote for determines the laws they pass. It will take more than a bunch of clever quotes to make me abandon my right to choose my lawmakers.

Just another reminder to vote today if you live in KY or PA.

Just a followup. Well I voted a little after 4 PM, the place was empty. Then two people came in as I was leaving. If you haven't voted please do, the polls are open till 6 PM here in Kentucky.

Thanks for keeping this thread open today.

For those of you who think that your vote doesn't matter or that your are too busy to vote in 'just' a primary. Tea Party candidate Matt Bevin won by just 83 votes!

Bevin beats Comer by 83 votes

"FRANKFORT — In one of the most exciting and tightest statewide elections in history, Republican Matt Bevin apparently scored a razor-thin, 83-vote win over James Comer in the race for the GOP nomination for governor"

83 VOTES
