    Ok guys, looks like the combination of all of your suggestions has gotten me to an operational point. Cleaned the die real well, put back together and fiddled with the adjustment. Put a bit of lube inside neck, and on the case and it went a lot smoother, and no shoulder bend. There was some...

    I was lubing the outside of the case. I'll clean the die good and try to adjust accordingly. Thanks for the responses guys!

    Bent shoulder rcbs fl die

    Unboxed and set up rock chucker with 7mm rem mag fl die. Set resizing die up according to instructions, Lubed outside of case and ran a case. Upon upward motion on handle, the case was extremely stuck in the die and the shoulder of the case is dented. Thoughts?
