well the gun stoe near me had alot of this cci copper plated ammo!

i dont have an intention to kill something with this, that wasnt the purpose of the post, just needed to know how deadly it was and if indeed it was worth using it as a defense weapon if need be, witch i got the answers i was looking for. and next time im out with it i will do alot of practice...

ya i know, but no home invasions happen where i live and it is better then having a bat or something to defend my self

i will have to do that and see for my self! took it out last weekened and didnt even set stuff up to shoot and the last time i shot it was in the 90s'

yes it is all blm land so its ok in the locations out there, back to the 22, with these bullets (1200 fps) depending on distance from what ever how accurate is it? does wind make these bullets wonder much ?

only time its carried is out in the desert witch is always having people shoot off some pretty big stuff, just in relatively remote areas witch i know is fine and i mean if you ever had to pull it on someone, just size and such, i noticed the percents posted above about people backing down ounce...

this is all the info i have been waiting for!! only ammo i have is the copper plated round noses 1200 fps witch is all the gun store had at the time also, does anyone happen to know the California law on carrying this gun? or anything close to it?

has anyone had any experience with the AR tactical 22 LR copper plated round nose 40 grain?

does the type of bullet play a big roll? like hallow point vs round nose vs others or something?
