I think I have seen a 75B NIB advertised with adjustable sights are they available? If 75B NIB is not available are "drop in" adjustable sights available? Which are best or what are features? Want the 75B because of firing pin block. All help appreciated.

Looking around seems primary differences of 75B and 85 Combat is that 75 is not ambidextrous and adjustable sights would be an after market for 75 is that correct? Are there any significant performance or accuracy issues? Thanks in advance.
