    Preparing to buy a compact 45, suggestions?

    For you guys with the pt145, is the trigger pull long? I have this gun in the 9mm(pt111) and the only thing i dont care for is the long trigger pull. I would consider the .45 if it has a better trigger.

    SP101 grip insert ?

    I am looking in to getting some nice rosewood grip inserts. I have looked at the Lett inserts which are nice but Rugers website shows inserts available through them that are the same ones on the GP 100 which are nice also, What route should i take ? any Opinions? Thanks.
