    Ruger 10/22 With Hogue Stock - Which Sling

    I believe the sling swivels need to be 1 1/4 inch to fit military slings. I believe there is a hook on one end of the sling that allows you to easily detach it from the swivel. Try googling how to attach a sling. Appleseeds are a bunch of fun. I wish I had gotten tech sights for my 10/22...

    Herter's 5.56 / 55 gr FMJ

    I've heard that the .223/5.56mm isn't very good. It has a lot of duds apparently. This is all from hearing it from other people, so I have no personal experience. I would say buy a couple boxes and try it out to see if it runs well for you.
