My thoughts exactly. If this was just for the paperwork, you need to find a different shop. I could see if they were transferring the gun in for you from another seller but if this is something off their rack, you are overpaying.
Sorry I thought we were still working on JC77's Yugo. They have an integrated grenade launcher and gas shutoff. You can clean yours the same way there's just no way to stop the cleaner from running straight through.
Pipe cleaner would work but they also make a brush for it that isn't stiff like a chamber brush so that it will bend when you put it through.
As for the cut off - On top of the gas block you should see a round flat knob looking thing. This is the gas cut off. You should be able to push it...
After you have the tube and piston off, there is the post / hole on the barrel that the front of the tube sat in. This is the gas port. You can move the cut off to open / close it if you would like to let some cleaner sit in there for a couple seconds before it just runs out the barrel.

To the guy that mentioned receiving junk mail for a dead relative, try this one. I receive mail for my grandmother who...
This guy had the right idea. I know many on this board post regularly on the zombie topic. Now you can order this kit to be more prepared for that dreaded zombie invasion.

funny you mention that and no one else has.
Here in PA private sales of rifles do not require any paperwork. Handgun transfers however do.
I have to admit that I was purposely attempting to stay blind to this fact.
I just can't stand to sit back and watch Swindell try to pull another...
