What's your "buy it now" price for ammo online?

Yep...won't buy from cheaper than dirt any more. 5.56, 0.33/rd is my buy point. I refuse to pay more than that. Green tip max is 0.40/rd. 9mm is 0.20/rd. Less is better, of course, but I can not see paying more than this. Of course, there are speciality rounds here and there, but those...

    Registering a class III

This only applies to machine guns...not SBR, SBS, AOW, etc... How do you know it was not registered? You can have an attorney contact NFA branch to find out. If it is, then all you have to do is get a copy and transfer...

Would you sell your first gun?

My first gun was a Glock 22. Made it all tacticool, loved it...sold it (on here actually) to get something else and haven't looked back. I only sell to those with valid CCW for my state. They are tools...unless it is a family heirloom, or something that is special to me for another reason, I...

I never realized how nefarious the $200 tax stamp was.

The tax shouldn't be there to begin with, but that is another thread... In 2013, the relative value of $200.00 from 1934 ranges from $2,760.00 to $50,200.00. A simple Purchasing Power Calculator would say the relative value is $3,480.00. This answer is obtained by multiplying $200 by the...

Best "budget" .223 ammo for bolt rifles ?

Yes...this is a good point and why I made the comment about my AR cycling it okay. In a bolt gun, not an issue. OP, defiantly something to take into consideration if you're looking to hit distances.

Best "budget" .223 ammo for bolt rifles ?

I shoot the PMC Bronze out of my AR. It's dirty and slow, but almost always the cheapest I can find. Never have issues with cycling or anything like that so I doubt you would experience anything less with a bolt gun.

    United's Firearm policy

I think it depends on the case. Some of them, work, others do not. You should be able to check on the website of the product you have and it might tell you. I have only flown with a firearm once, and I used an aluminum case, so I couldn't give first hand experience on plastic.

    United's Firearm policy

I believe it has to be declared as such. As in, you can't just throw your gun in with your pants, or they to hide it in your spare shoes...They also have to be locked in an airline approved container to which only you possess the key or combination, and checked in.

FL Residents: SUPPORT SB-296 With NO AMENDMENTS

Considering I have lived in a location that gets evacuated for EVERY hurricane that hits, I really support this bill. While it's not an "end of the world" scenario, post hurricane blackouts are scary. People do take advantage of the evacuation and stay behind to take stuff. Food becomes scarce...
