Just picked up the rifle. It is apparently the 550 Safari Magnum. It looks identicls to the one on CZ's site except it doesn't have the screw through the stock between the trigger guard and bolt. It has the forward to fire safety of the newer CZ's. Stamped Safari Classic .458 Win Mag...
It's a trade deal for the .458 Win Mag. Probably would never buy one but I already have a good supply of .458 Win Mag ammo that I picked up when I purchased a lot containing several different types of ammo.
I am looking at picking up a CZ 550 Sunday. It is marked Safari Clasic and .458 Win Mag. I have no experience with CZ's but cannot find any listing for the Safari Classic being chambered in .458 Win Mag.

I am taking several firearms to a...

I recently acquired one of these. It has a Ruger Police Service Six frame and a 6” Colt Python Barrel. I saw another of these this week. The blue finish on both guns is beautiful. The action on mine is very nice. I have not fired it yet to see how it shoots.
Does anyone know the history of...
My girlfriend is on the small side, 5'2" 120. I let her go through my toy box and find what felt comfortable, over 30 handguns to choose from. She picked out Beretta 380, Ruger SP101, Bersa thunder .380, FEG .32, Kel Tec 32. We then took them to the range. Her hands down choice was the Bersa...
