I have a 29-2 that was stored in the presentation case (velvet like liner) for many years and it has those kind of cloudy spots. It also can be from the cleaners used on it.

The gun still has the plastic trigger stop with an unbroken seal on it! Completely unfired.

There is one on consignment at my local gun shop and it's NIB, they want $475. It feels really great in the hand, looks nice, but it is a bit on the heavy side. Can I trust my life to this pistol? I am a traditional kind of guy, mostly .357 revolvers or 9mm and .45 autos. Tell me the good, bad and the ugly about both Kahr and about .40 caliber.:)

Both Beretta and Colt make .357's, single action only, but never the less they still make 'em! The .357 is still king of the revolver, long live the king, baby!

Gun Broker is always a good way to get an idea. I just bought a 1969 that is in about 95% without box or papers for $475 and I feel like I got a deal!:)

I have both with 4" bbl and I was suprised to find that my 620 is far more accurate than my 1996 686+, but the 686+ has a crisper trigger. I had read that the two piece barrel made the gun more accurate and I tend to believe it's true.

Ebay is a great place to find the original grips.

My older Colts lock up like a vault. It's very impressive.
