probably more important to have maximum bullet expansion on smaller calibers when you already leaving a large hole from a black powder rifle anyway I would rather have a bullet pass through as it will usually have a better blood trail should you need it.
if your shot placement is good and in...
what about marlins old bolt action, spas 15 don't think there was many even imported. valtro pm5.
what year did the ak style shotguns become available in the 90s probably.
really don't see it ever happening comparing an ar to a bolt action with a lot less parts, don't see how you could think it could be sold for the same price,
even the parts mentioned above add up to 440 bucks witch is inexpensive but may not be that great of quality.
wouldn't expect to see...
generally the smaller shot is always going to pattern better simply cause its more shot per oz so my guess is the 6 will look better and may still have a good enough pattern at 40 yards with your modified choke just have to shoot it to find out.
maybe need to give your shoulder a break and maybe look at your shotgun stock pad for the biggest improvement.
just dont expect dove or 1 oz loads to be that bad maybe if you shot alot of rounds. but still shouldnt be that bad.
what thats it 2 choices as long as your looking at garbage might as well look at baikals,CZ, and tri star also any of them will probably last forever grouse hunting but as soon as it sees a clay is bound to break.
dont shoot clays much but the .669 does seem a little tight for clays probably just need more practice and experiment with how much you lead the target as its always going to be a variable.
psa upper and core 15 bcg add a standard charging handle, and then you just have to put a lower together and add a cheap rear sight and mags for about 250 may be hard to do, with a complete polymer lower should be easy to come in under 700 though.
