I so badly want someone to offer a 30 Carbine upper.....just to say I have one, I'd build it if a chambered AR barrel could be found. Just not skilled for chambering and reaming a blank myself!

Always myself; torque wrench, plumb bob, levels, can lap rings if necessary. No issues that I can identify if I do it. Once bought a used 270 Savage 111 that wouldn't shoot worth a darn....had the original Weaver scope on it that it came with and it was loose. I'm convinced someone sold it...

I don't use magnum unless the load books call for it....certainly I use SR primers for the 30 carbine with H110 and shotgun primers for 410 shotshells.

So this came free in a previous order of AR stuff and it's been driving me nuts; what is it or what is it for? My best guess was a bottle cap opener, but it seems ill-suited and I don't know why it has two slots and the huge ring on the other end. Can't find it on the www.tacfunusa.com...

I thought baffle strikes would tear up the suppressor? Like catastrophically. Am I wrong there? Is everyone saying it could be just glancing off a baffle and making it out with only a little deviation?
