2A the design holster you showed would work for my wife's vehicle however it will not work in my truck due to my 60' 40 split bench seat. I do like the hide in plain sight tactic very effective.
Local laws allow this if I have a ccw permit, which I do. I am wondering if someone casing vehicles saw an empty holster would break into the vehicle in hopes of finding a hidden firearm.
I am thinking of getting a vehicle holster similar to the attached pic. I have heard good and bad about the idea of carrying off of body. What is everyone's opinion of a easy to access vehicle holster. Thoughts about safety during a car collision? Plain sight, leading to police interactions...
In the P.d. that I am applying to: you are issued 3 mags for a full frame glock in .45acp; the glock 20. One firearm,40 rds, and a level three retetion holster. Each mag holds 13 rds. that makes 39 rds in the mags. Take a guess what the last rd is for.
wonderful story. I enjoyed it very much. I have posted here before but Honestly never knew of the story until cajunbass posted it on another forum. KUDOS to you nightcrawler and to correia. Please sign me up for a compiled email version please.

I have a rem 870 super express magnum and I love it!!!!!! It has the synthetic stock and black receiver, I have three barrels for it a 16" for home defense, a 26" with modified choke for fowl hunting and skeet shooting, and a 28" rifled slug barrel for deer hunting. It does it all!!!!!!:)
Too many guns huh?????? Well If you classify to much as in what is regularly used well than yes I have too many. My wife once asked my why do I need another gun? I then Asked her about her figurines collection. Do you really need that new pooh figure? She said yes I do. :banghead: I then...
I carry three out of four things at all times. Left fist, Right Fist, Gun, Folding pocket knife. If I am a place that I cannot carry my gun. Then I carry my knife. If I can carry my gun then the knife usually stays in the truck. If I can't handle the situation with these three things I...
Stick with the 870. I have had both sold the Mossberg to my little brother because I have one shotgun with three barrels now. One 18.5" barrel for home defense, one 26" modified choke barrel for skeet, and one rifled slug barrel for deer season. The barrels swap out in just a few min. and you...
Remember it only take one bullet to start this and one bullet to end it. It dosen't matter where that bullet comes from there is already plenty flying to begin with. If I feel like I can ride out the situation undercover than I will. If the cross fire is landing too close to me.Then take out...
I agree with mmike87 As a gun owner and CCW licence holder I must say that I did not go through all the steps required to obtion my CCW in the off chance that I might happen by a person or LEO in need of help. I got those two items to protect my family, myself, then anyone else that might need...
