I have bought several "blemished" items from PSA. I looked hard and couldn't find a flaw on any of them (uppers and lowers). PSA may be a bit slow on shipping sometimes, but their customer service has been great to me.

Gas Block I would suggest an adjustable gas block. I used a JP block on my PA 10 build and have been happy so far. IMHO, most guns are over gassed and need a little tone down. Good luck on your build!

Pa 10 As Casefull mentioned, a sub $800 AR 308 is sweet! They currently have the complete gun on sale for 729-739 plus shipping. Then you will need a couple of mags and a rear sight.... Still a deal in my book.

PSA Build I have built a few of these guns. The biggest complaint I have is with the BCG. I think they are having some issues with the ejector/extractor set up. You really want to be sure this is the platform you want to work with before you start buying parts. I replaced my M4 style...
