I have several older model 10s and a model 64.

My old model 19 also gets pampered.
Hot loads (.357) are reserved for 686, Blackhawk and GP100.
I’m considering getting a .223 barrel for an Encore rifle.
Does anyone have any direct experience with their products, specifically custom rifle barrels for TC Encore frames?
After many years, most issues I’ve had with split handgun cases have been nickel plated .357 and well used full pressure .44 Magnum cases. Also, too much case belling can weaken case mouths causing split case mouths.
.223/5.56 cases get loose primer pockets after a while.
I’m not prone to optimism, but things might be easing a bit. A small gun shop nearby had a very small supply of only small rifle primers with a 1k limit. I walked away with 1k of CCI 400 primers for $4.90 per 100.

Not cheap, but well worth it.
The Lee crimp die also helps.
If it matters, the same combination fixed the same issue with 9mm 115...
My first revolver, new in 1987 Super Blackhawk Bisley .44 Magnum 7.5”
At least 10,000 240-300 grain cast bullets, all at magnum velocity.
(By the way, I gave $240 for it, brand new.)
