How do you feel about your highpoint pistol? A friend of mine has been thinking about getting a highpoint 45 acp and I'm not a fan but I have also never owned one.

So I was able to shoot my T/C today and I was shooting 1/2 to 1 in. Groups at 100 yards using the 150g winchester hollow point bullets. I am very impressed with my rifle and would gladly recommend it to anyone. The first group was about a 6 in. Group and they shrunk the more groups I shot threw...

I bought the 150g winchester php today so I'm gonna try those out tomorrow after Christmas stuff is done.

I just bought the T/C venture in 300 win mag. I was wondering what your thoughts are on the rifle? Also what bullet brand and grain did you have the best luck with in that gun?

I am a huge fan of the Remington 700 7 mag for hunting whitetail in MI. But I like to buy and collect guns and am looking at the savage model 116 in 338 win mag for possible bigger game hunting at some point. I found one new for 500$ so I think it's a pretty good deal but im not real familiar...

How do you feel about the savage model 116 338 win mag? What is a good price to pay for a new one? How is the 338 win mag caliber compare to a 300 or maybe 7 mag?
