    Tuckable with Leather Loop

loops I like leather loops as well. I don't have one of these, but they look like they would fit the bill. http://www.7-62precision.com/deep-concealment-tuckable-holster/ Enjoy!

setting up for 357 and 38special

trim I trim revolver cases before I load them the first time. I get a nice consistent crimp that way. I keep batches of brass together and they seem to stay consistent through multiple loadings. Enjoy! Jeff

    Lee Classic Or Load Master

calibers? I have a classic turret and load a variety of calibers on it. Extra turrets are cheap and changing back and forth is fairly quick and easy. I don't have experience with any progressive presses but it may be something for you to consider. Enjoy!

    Question about LRN bullets

Longer is ok, shorter can raise pressures. I load my 230 grain LRN at 1.265" and it leaves a little of the ridge showing. My favorite is 6.0 grains of Unique.

source for 44 mag bullets for reloading

Montana or Missouri I mostly shoot lead from Missouri Bullet but if you want a jacketed bullet Montana Gold makes a 240 gr JSP. Enjoy!

Looking at an old Marlin 336

D&T A 336 in 35 Rem, with Ballard rifling that has not been drilled & tapped for a scope is harder to find than a later model in 30-30 so that will tend to push the price up. A Gunbroker.com search for guns that sold will allow you to match the rifle and condition with what somebody really...

    High Density & Model 25

I'm wanting to take my Winchester Model 25 turkey hunting. 12 ga, full choke & chambered for 2 3/4 only. I tried some Winchester, buffered, copper-plated lead in #4 and even at 25 yds it was kind of loose. I would like to try some high density loads of various shot size to see if it tightens...

    Turret Presses: Redding versus Lyman

I don't have either of those but I would suggest checking on the price and availability of extra turrets as well. Enjoy!

s&w mod 38 "bodyguard" vs Ruger LCR

I have a model 49, the all steel bodyguard, I've never even held an LCR. A little extra weight when shooting those +P rounds can be a good thing. Of course I'm a steel & wood guy and admit to bias. I would suggest shooting both if at all possible. If you shoot both well carrying the...

    Coronado

Looks like it's about time for a new jacket and I'm looking at the Coronado Americana. Dear-Sweet-Wife has one of their purses and has been happy with it. Can anybody comment on it's quality and longevity? Thanks!

Not to 1 up Walkalong but I had an even better day today

Pretty Good I had a pretty good yesterday. Started by closing on a house we've been trying to sell for two years, a nice lunch out and movie with the family, then picked up a new Durango for Dear Sweet Wife. Home again and there's a PO notice that I have packages from Montana Gold and...

THR Discount Offer from Missouri Bullet Company

Whoo Hoo! Just got back from the post office with a box from Montana Gold and two from Missouri Bullets. I apologized to the clerk about the package weight but that I can't buy those around here. His reply was, "You sure got your money's worth." I agree. Y'all even had in stock the Lewis...

Need VERY mild loads for S&W Model 36

I've loaded w231 at near minimum charges and it's a real powder puff, even out of a J frame. You might consider starting at min. then increasing loads in 1/2 grain intervals to find something she is comfortable with. My little S&W is pretty low mileage and leaded something awful with cast...

    Added another Winchester

Already have a 1200 in 20ga and a 1300 Defender, today I added a Winchester Model 25. Cleaned the bore, did a function/safety check then headed out back with a handful of shells. Loading the magazine was a different kind of experience but I got the hang of it after a little practice. It's the...
