I load on a progressive, and I look into the case every time. Its the reason I dont use a bullet feeder. Im a little slower but I dont worry about squibs at a match or even in practice. I even have a light over the seating station to make it easy.

Ive had one since the 80's, a 'Hunter' model with the rubber grips and bull barrel. I have a red dot on it. A little finicky on ammo, doesnt like Winchester Wildcat for some reason. Also, if you have a misfire, racking the slide is very hard. I sent my slide to a guy who installs what looks...
I was at the dundee store on Friday morning with my coupon. Grabbed 10k S &B primers, and I get the same thing from the clerk. I say exactly the same thing as you, and she says "ok, that makes sense!". Out the door I go with a smile :)

Search Les Pepperoni.......I myself have a couple of 92's, one a Inox Brig and the other a Wilson Brig Tac....I would tell you how great they are but I am totally biased. However, no one will deny their reliability vs most other makes and their ability to eat any crap ammo you want to feed them...
Here is my .02......keep the airweight (I have one also)....load up light target ammo as mentioned previously (even better would be to load your own with a good heavy hollowpoint--heavy bullets recoil less than lighter bullets at the same power facor....do the math if you dont believe...
Guys, sorry about the late response. The wd40 and compressed air does seem to have fixed the problem. I havent had it to the range yet (thats tomorrow) but I will report back. FYI I removed a ton of built up powder residue from the trigger area and the sear. 8000 rounds and i had never done...
I am thinking I have worn out my first trigger bar spring. Today during a practice session i suddenly lost my DA trigger pull. It was as if the safety were on, but SA was normal. After removing the grips and playing around with the gun, I was able to get the DA to work by lifting the trigger...
