Oregon Trail Bullets makes and retails .459 bullets for the 45-70. I've found them to be well made and easy on barrels.

I've found Bruno Shooting Supply in Phoenix to be a reliable and economic source for bullets and brass. They don't gouge for shipping either, often using USPS Priority Mail at flat rates not dependent on weight. Good deal all-around :)
