Matt brings up a valid point, the add'l weight of a bull barrel (especially a 20") tends to feel a bit unbalanced with the AR's. To be honest, if you're willing to spend just a bit more and go with a good 'std.' profile barrel you can out perform the bull barrels.
If this is your first AR I'd probably recommend starting off with an assembled lower from Bushmaster, DPMS or Rock River Arms. But for the upper, I would advise going with a chrome-lined barrel as a priority; BravoCompany, CMMG or LMT as well as Bushmaster would be great picks. These guys...

The 918 will be brilliant indoors but even the 618 can have a blinding affect on the user. Anytime your eyes have become accustomed to darkness the affects from these high intensity lights will have a negative affect on you as well BUT, the good thing is you know what's coming and you're behind...
