Best bullet I have used for Varmints in the .243is Hornadys 87gr. V-max .. I push them around 3400fps with a full dose of H4350 and when they hit they destroy chucks! Have shot chucks out to 1000yds with the 243 and those 87grainers! Brock

Here is a few pics of my 2x4 bench/component closet!! This is VERY sturdy but I do have it lagged bolted to the floor!!! Under the press is a 1/4" piece of angle iron wich gives me enough strentgh to do the biggest of cases!!

Ben, According to VV 2000 reloading guide they list a max of 20.9grs of N110 with the 210 XTP with a velocity of 1562 in a 6" bbl.. If it is shooting that good with no signs of pressure @ 21grs. I would keep shooting it.... Brock

atek3, Ya they are bbl burners but they get the job done fast lol... Between my dad and I we prolly had close to 30 of them and usually rebarrel after 1500 rounds or so... My last one had close to 3000 on it before we chucked it.. This one is blown out to a 40° shoulder and a .294 neck...

Hey all I could use some help... I currently have a 6.5x300 Weatherby Mag that I have been using H870 with 84-87grs behind Sierra's 142 MK.. With 84 grains im running right around 3300fps.. with 46-47 grains im close to 3500fps..But since this powder is no longer available I would like to use...

Cortland, Thanks for the link... After doin some more digging I have found 2 vs. of this.. Here is a pic of the exact one that I have.. Wander which one the CH dies are for? Guess my best bet is emailing them to find out ... Brock

Found out that I can get brass from Buffalo Arms.. Its a little on the steep side @ 32$ for 20 but will be worth it to me... Brock

Thanks for the help guys.. I posted this on a few differnet forums and this is what I found out... You can form brass from old 25-20 winchester singleshot brass.. It was made by Griffin & Howe and also Lovell made a few vs of this round.. Here is a pic of the case dimensions Brock

Hey all, I just aquired a Pre64 Mod.70 in 22-3000 toped with a peacar(sp?)scope.. It was a 22Hornet and the rechambering was done by the late Al Hoyer.. This rifle used to be my great grandads and was giving to my grandad.. My grandad shot it 1 time in the last 20 years and hasnt shot it...
