I have a .22 WMR and a .22 LR, and the Wmr kicks butt. It has longer range and a larger amount of sheer knockdown power.(especially when loaded with deep octagonal hollowpoints from CCI!)

Kimber by all means, they are equal in quality, but Colt is pretty overpriced. Kimber makes a gun you can't kill, plus all the edges are smooth for quick,smooth draw. Accessories for a Colt fit a Kimber and vise versa. What type/finsh/barrel length are you thinking?

The correct light size is pretty important too.

Benchmade makes really good knives, with great warranties, don't diss them, I love my benchmade. Ontario knives are kinda expensive too.
