    I carry all the time when I am not doing those activities. I would think that running and riding you could use a SOB holster. Kayaking most vests have a pocket with hock and loop and you could use a lanyard to make sure that you do not loose it in case of an off the boat excursion.

    From what I understand you have to use a registered pistol lower on a pistol. You cannot use a non-pistol lower on a pistol.
