    1260 since July on a single stage setup. A mix of 9mm, .380 ACP, 38 Special, 357 Mag and .30-06 Spg. I really need to consider a progressive.

    Pyrodex and Duracoat

    I have T/C Renegade that is looking beat up from a lot of hunting, I'm thinking about having all the metal it Duracoated. Anyone know if duracoat holds up against the corrosive nature of Pyrodex? Thanks -Charby

    Why don't hunting shows...

    Same reason you don't see a stream of blood on the harvested animal or tongues hanging out on dead critters. I think they are trying as hard as they can to make hunting look clean as possible.

    Upgraded to 30-06,

    Can't ever go wrong with a .30-06! You can load 'em heavy and you can load 'em light and get good performance all across the spectrum.

    Just got my Christmas present early

    I wish my wife would get me reloading stuff for Christmas. I even left a list of components. She did get me an early Christmas present this year, a deer cart because she caught me checking out sale ads for one.

    Whats wrong with the Clones? Yeah I know they haven't had a decent season in a few years. I pick my burrs out one at a time too. Seems you can't walk anywhere in Iowa without getting covered in burrs. -C

    I went to Scheel's last night in the Des Moines metro area and they were fully stocked on reloading supplies. If want reloading supplies, hit your local stores. I have found prices are fairly similar to catalog companies if you figure in shipping costs. No hazmat fee either.

    What to use for top of a reloading bench

    I bought a 72" X36" formica topped table from a university surplus sale for $20 and a metal stool for $5 for my reloading bench. So far so good.
