My Lee Safety Prime works great except for the last 1 or 2 primers. I can sometimes get the second to last primer to feed, but I have never been able to get the last. Has anybody else had this problem?

In my less than expert opinion...
Neck splits after firing are not uncommon and are not dangerous. Notice I say NECK splits.
I would discard any rounds that are split before firing.
However, if you see anything that looks like the picture below I would discontinue use.

Thanks for the suggestion. The extractor on a MN 91/30 is a very simple design - 1 piece (no moving parts) that dovetails into the bolt head. As far as I can tell, installation just requires that it be installed flush with the rear of the bolt head. I don't think that it can be installed too...
