    can i use wd-40 if out of rem oil?

    WD-40 displaces moisture, does not conduct electricity and is a good penetrant. A good product when used right. However, it does get sticky when it dries out.     SKS or AK47

    I have a Norinco SKS and a Zastava N-PAP AK-47. I will not be getting rid of ether of them any time soon. In fact I am always looking for a good price on a SKS, AK or handgun chambered in 7.62 x 25.

    Need suggestions on a cheap winter project. $300 budget

    What is the last gun that you bought?

    Zastava N-PAP M70 (AK-47) with a black Tapco adjustable stock and black fore grips. This thing sure looks like the evil black gun that "they" do not want you to have. I have field stripped and cleaned it. I am going to the range later today.

    Any of these worth buying

    #52, A Hi-Point C9 is a blow-back action and does not lock up. Just a spring holding it closed. In a 44Mag? I wouldn't shoot it. Sounds like a good way to get that big slide stuck into your forehead.

    Gun cleaning

    I always clean when I get home from the range for two reasons. 1. To me, that's half the fun. I like machines and firearms are precise, well built machines. 2. I'm a cheapskate and I shoot a lot of cheap ,dirty ammo.

    Which pistol do you wish you had back?

    A Jennings 9,a 9mm semi-auto handgun. This was a very, very bad gun. I felt like it was at least as dangerous to the shooter ,as it was to the target. I sold it at a online auction and I've always felt guilty about that. I sure hope that nobody got hurt with that pos.
