thanks again man. i found "T.H.E. Mamba" for pretty cheap on eBay and went ahead and picked it up. so i will just have to figure out the front mount, but that shouldn't be to hard. thanks again. this forum has been really helpful. im glad im apart of it.

hey michigan, thanks man. i really like both those slings. and i think a 2-point is a way better idea now that i look at it. i have found a few good ideas for mounting sling points to my stock, but i want your opinion on where to mount the rear point. the way these slings look for an AR stock...

Exactly. I have found a couple slings I like, and Blackhawk makes a adapter, but, I don't know how well it will work for a regular stock. How should I go about it?

Lol. Not completely sure. Guess I better look that up first. But I'm pretty sure they are. At least they are probably legal outside of chi-town.

So I am new here, but this seems like a good place to ask my question. I am wanting to put a single point sling on my 10/22, but I don't have an after market stock. I have a stock black polymer stock on t, but want to add a single point sling, for when I go out walkin around the woods with it...
