On any barrel over 18 inches I'd go with the UBR.

Well I just got two of the magpul one's and while I don't think it is going to offer much protection for the screen in the event of a drop they sure look cool and match all of my FDE and OD mags perfect.

I'd buy that. DTI, not so much.

I think the one with the 16 inch barrel is kinda goofy looking. But there is a pistol version at Riflegear and while it is cool looking it just makes me think to myself, Why would someone buy a pistol that won't fit in any holster? I know that you would get a sling for it but still....

The only problem I can see with that is that it does not say to the tip of the muzzle unless it's talking about OAL and not the barrel length. Got to love the gray areas and the way everyone, including the cops, interpret them to be in their favor.

That's what I was thinking. The only problem is that he is one of my friends rather than just my gunsmith so the work was gonna be done for free. I'm just gonna take it to rifle gear and have them put it all together but I think they are gonna charge me like 90 bucks.

Or you can just go right to Magpul's website and order them for either the 3GS or the 4. The 4 only comes in black though. I just bought one FDE and one OD for my 3GS.
