    Which pocket 380?

I have to second the earlier poster on the Colt Mustang. I have the pocketlite model and have put between 2k and 3k rounds through mine, it's extremely accurate and it has yet to fail. When I bought it, I replaced the plastic guide rod with a stainless one and replaced the factory dual recoil...

    Steyr M-A1 pistol

I've shot both the .40 and the .357. The .40 is extremely mellow, reminds me of shooting a 9mm. The .357 is a little more "snappy", but not much so, and both calibers shoot very well, with next to no muzzle flip and very tame recoil for the calibers. I chalk it up to very well-thought-out...

can I go to jail for this?

That law only comes into play if you are confronted with a situation which would empower you to use deadly force. In the OP's situation, he would not be protected by this law unless the other guy had pulled a weapon or some fact existed that would have led him to believe that he was in danger...

can I go to jail for this?

... To answer the OP's actual question: Yes, you technically broke the law, first by "exhibiting" the firearm (Improper exhibition, FL is a CC-only state, a misdemeanor), and then by threatening the guy with it, which is aggravated assault (a felony), should he decide to file a complaint...
