    Transferred my DW 15-2 today

    Chuck ??

Why such wimpy guns? I shot one with my K31 Swiss. He went a rolling down a hill. Shot of opportunity. Was target shooting and he appeared next to the barn. Choose to live next to a pole. Choose to die near it. He was at a near run. Pesky varmint. Teasing about the wimpy guns. I...

    Bar and Chain oil

Just reward someone that has a chain saw with a free gift. I have three Gas Saws and one electric. They all need oil.

    Alert Systems in Home Invasion

Siamese cat knows the drill. More self aware than the two Labs and the German short hair. Add that to a light sleeping homeowner and we’re covered. You need something. Shame that you do.

    Mare's leg type guns- why?

Practical? Wouldn’t seem to be. Not ever sure of a fun factor. They do have cool written all over them.

How much ammo do you have in your favorite caliber?

If it’s a favorite, keep on hand what is needed to reload it to my hearts content. Components in supply, not necessarily loaded.

    Let’s talk vintage reloading presses

The older Co-Ax doesn’t clear as well as the newer ones. Tall dies and other tools do present a problem. Always handy to have a second press.

Ruger Mini Thirty. On the fence.

I purchased a Mini 30 some time ago. I purchased it because of the "unsafe" act in NY and it falls under the radar. I use it with five rounders. I don't know it's real potential for accuracy except that I can hit a six inch plate at 100 yards all day long and a foot square plate at 200. I...

    Swedish Mauser Loading Question

I have always found IMR4831 with 140 grain bullets to be the cat's meow with my 1903 M96.

    RCBS cracked at top??

They way their presses are built, it must have been taken to the Empire State Building and dropped from the observation tower. I would contact them and call it a day. Why try a fix unless RCBS doesn't cover it.

Mines a single stage. It’s sturdy built.

    Wood Body Armor Plates?

Since body armor is outlawed in some states, I would guess that wood could become illegal. Its a great idea. Wonder how it would differ in weight?

Old C&H Press that I sort of restored. Got it working, it was rusty and locked up. Works great. Picture when I was constructing my new reloading bench.
