I just purchased a 1954-56 Winchester Model 12 Heavy Duck Gun with upgraded field grade wood and forearm, checkered and round post doughnut rib. Gun is 156xxx and has not been reblued, but has no winchester proof markings. Can someone tell me what is up, no simmons marking on rib and the blueing...
