Pull the bullets. I once pulled 350 bullets for this same reason. It's not worth the risk. Someone once told me a saying that I agree with: Never load more rounds than you're willing to pull.
I trim mine when I feel like it. I am sure at some point case stretching would force me to trim but some brass I've fired 5 or 6 times and not trimmed.
I should note this was caused in my rifle because I was shooting a light for caliber (.277) 110gr Vmax with a slow burning powder (H4895 SC). Many other people told me to use a faster burning powder for this light of a bullet in that caliber. Never tried it, Gave up on the load and bought a new...
