Whats funny is most average 12 gauge loads pack the same if not less ft-lbs of felt recoil then standard 20 gauge loads, a lot of people dont realize that. Target loads dont kick much at all in a 12. My wife is only 5' tall and under 100 lbs an she can shoot a 12 all day long skeet shooting...

Personally i like the tikka t3, i got a ss one in 270 WSM, sweet shooter, the smoothest bolt stroke out of any gun in that price range and a good trigger from the factory imo. Browning x bolt would be my next choice, then a ruger m77. Those were my top 3, i went with the tikka, cant go wrong...

I agree with the 45-70 Loaded with hard cast buffalo bore loads it'll put a serious hurting on any bear, and will penetrate deep. A marlin guide gun with a big loop (if ur wearing gloves) and a 18.5" barrel is very handy

Probably a CZ of sorts. Either a CZ 97 B which is a larger steel frame 45 or another polymer frame 9mm, either a CZ P07 or P09... Maybe i'll just save up extra an buy both a P07 and 97 B at the same time [emoji6] And a ruger gp100 with a 4" barrel for the wife, she prefers revolvers
