Drail: concrete slab, possibly with a moisture barrier on top of the slab (from the outside I can see some plastic material between the slab and the brick wall). I'd guess the tile is on top of wood...
Any recommendations on whether or not a vapor or moisture barrier is needed between the safe and the tile floor (living room)? There will be multiple 3/8" grout lines under the safe. I don't want wood or hockey pucks, or anything that will raise the safe off the floor.

Dealer is a local Locksmith and Safe shop that is a distributor for AMSEC. Would you recommend group I?
I suppose the safe shop will order and install whichever S&G I chose, independent of AMSEC.
Nice. I have a set for my VX3, no complaints. Anyone have any experience with them for the VX-Ls? They can't screw on because of the shape, and I'd like to hear if they are as secure as the threaded versions.
Just put a hold on an AMSEC BF7240 that has an ESL10XL electronic lock, black nickel. I'd prefer a mechanical lock, and the dealer will order and install whatever I want (for a nominal fee, of course). My concerns are:
1. Voiding warranty - if dealer installs, warranty should not be voided...
