Hornady Bullet Feeder on a Dillon 650?

Anyone use a Hornady Bullet Feeder on a Dillon 650? I know some folks have tried it but I understand that you have to jerry-rig the bracket to get it at the correct height? I was hoping someone could post pictures of how they mounted it to their 650? Thanks! D

Who's right - me or the wife?

I'd be worried about *other* people....other kids that are over, babysitters, relatives, etc, etc. Kids are naturally inquisitive...at some point they will pick up the gun and look at it, especially if it's easy to get to.

    .38 Super to .40 1911 conversion?

Like others said, my Kimber 38 Super had a .40sw breachface. So I converted mine to .40sw with a Kart barrel and new magazine. You might have to retune the extractor and maybe adjust the length of the ejector...depending upon how it ejects. Darren

What were these holes drilled in my 1911 for?

That would work but is more expensive than necessary. Also, make sure you know what thread you have before you buy those plug screws....5-40 was not one of them that was available.

What were these holes drilled in my 1911 for?

On another note, why in the world would you NOT be into competition?!?!?!? "Competition" adds a level of stress that you won't get just going out plinking. "Competition" will make you a much, much, much better shooter. Don't let the word "competition" scare you off. I shoot with a lot of...

What were these holes drilled in my 1911 for?

You could do that. If I were in your shoes, I would put screws in the holes, leaving them slightly long on the outside, then peen the heads a little to blend the screws in with the frame. Sand it flush, then have the frame refinished. If you dont want to peen and refinish, just do what you...

What were these holes drilled in my 1911 for?

Use the gun for what it was built for...competition. Put a scope mount and C-More on the gun and the holes won't bother you anymore.
