Hi Joe, the nipples are actually the stock Uberti ones. Thought about upgrading but haven't had any problems with them and with a wee bit of copper grease haven't had a stuck one, YET!

After seeing a picture of a Colt being fired in the dark on here somewhere i thought i'd give it a go with my Uberti 1858. I think it turned out ok for a first attempt! Filled the chamber to the top with Pyrodex for maximum flame and squeezed a ball on top set of with Rem no.10 cap. :)

That sounds pretty good GunTech, do you have a 20MOA base anyway? What sort of groups are you getting at that distance? The 155 are staying stable?
