AK 74 assembled by In Range vs Lancaster

No, I don't. I know people that own them and have gone out with them. I didn't see any differences or experience any function or accuracy differences between their In Range and my Lancasters though. Certainly nothing of the sort that would qualify your statement of They are both fine rifles...

Is anyone still selling Yugo SKS's online?

If you don't mind a cracked stock, then yes. http://www.samcoglobal.com/sks.html

AK 74 assembled by In Range vs Lancaster

I'm no cheerleader for anyone by any means, but I do have two Lancaster rifles (47 and 74) and they are both excellent in terms of fit, finish, and operation. In fact, out of the 6 AKs I own they are two of the nicest. I guess mine must have been put together by some petite fingered workers...

I'm in Sierra Vista, if you know where that is. Unless you're asking which gunshow, then it was the one at the Pima County fairgrounds.

Too bad you don't live here in AZ, which is where Lancaster is based. I went to a gunshow a few weeks back to pick up a 74 and they had the special gunshow price of $499 out the door. Here's what I got:

    Lee Enfield value

That is correct. It was made in December of 1954 and was in the wrap. I couldn't stand looking at it wrapped up, so I took it out and cleaned it up. :)

    Lee Enfield value

Here's mine. Not like new, but new and unfired. Bought it sometime around 1997 or 1998 I think.

I've never seen a SMLE Mk III in the wrap.

    Beretta CX-4

Listen to everyone else and get one. It's my favorite plinker. Very accurate and extremely easy to take down. Both my daughters (aged 14 and 15) enjoy shooting it too, if that says anything about the recoil. Here's mine.

Best red dot for under $100?

I threw a Tasco ProPoint PDTS132 on mine and so far so good. You can cowitness with it too if you like, although I leave my sights flipped down out of the way. My 14 year old daughter loved it too, for whatever that is worth. :D Here's some pics.
