Is CFE 223 one of the powders made in Australia?

Aren't the actions on all Mini 14s the same. The other models can shoot 5.56. Something has to be different like a tighter chamber.

A friend just bought a Ruger Mini 14 target model. Ruger specifies that the target model can only shoot .223 while other Mini 14s can shoot the 5.56 NATO round. I'm curious does anyone know why?

It was about a 6 week delay, from order to delivery, but I was aware of the delay when I placed the order. Just have to plan accordingly.

I received my first order from Missouri bullets. 1000 180 grain 40 cal TCFP and 500 255 grain 45 cal Keith type SWCs. Appearance, finish, packaging and lube is superb. Loading them now.

Does anyone have a good Green Dot load for the 45. I have a couple lbs leftover from my trapshooting days. I will be loading Missouri 255 gr Keith type semi-wadcutters. They will be shot in an old style Vaquero.

I've been wanting to try it in my 22-250, looks like it beats H380 all of the way around, but I've never found any.

Cabelas in AZ had no primers, 2 cans of Rel22 and 1 can of 50 BMG and no 55gr 223 bullets.

Speers #13 shows 20 grs max for 125 JHP, Lymans shows 22 for the 125 XTP. As usual each manual is different but I would backoff from the 21 grains a little to start.
