    Starline Backorder Times

I have ordered .44 mag and 6.5 Grendel that were backordered. Both times they arrived in about 7 to 8 days.

    Tex Shoemaker Competition rig

Looks to be a competition rig for a PPC revolver, not a duty rig. Excellent quality. Probably dates from the 80’s.

What's Your Favorite 9mm Pistol to Shoot?

I really like my Beretta 92. Very reliable. Now days it is used just for recreational plinking and night stand use. For all around use my S&W 3913 is just right for me. Oldies, but goodies.

Hypothetical question 45ACP vs 357 mag

Either would be just fine. However I would go with the 357 because I can shoot it better at a longer range and that could be an advantage in the boonies. Beautiful country.

Most versatile powder for cast bullet loads

I use cast bullets for the majority of my rifle and pistol shooting these days. I have an assortment of powders, but if I had to use just one powder it would be Unique first followed by Red Dot.

    Regret buying a 3 inch?

I have a two inch, but would rather have a three inch.

3inch Revolver Bed Side Companion – Bump In The Night

I would be happy with either one. However the S&W with the night sight would have the edge for bed time use.

    Your "favorite" semiauto

A Ciener commander .22 conversion on a AMT frame. A very reliable and fun plinker.

    Through with Smith & Wesson.

I am a fan of the older S&W’s. I would look to the Kimber K6, six shots and a great trigger.

    Either, both or neither?

I would go with the model 66. The price might be a tad high, but a few years down the road it will be worth more.

What is your most fun gun?

Wow. Had to think about this. Right now I would have to go with my Uberti 1873 rifle in 44-40 with black powder ammo. Always fun.
