    M&P v. 522 model

I too find it very comfortable. The placement of it allows red dot scopes to be mounted lower than a typical AR, it comes with an extended pad for longer LOP, and it just tucks very nicely.

Yes, Primary Arms M3 multi reticle, $99, has 4 reticles, for close up. Primary Arms 4x compact with illuminated reticle which apparently should be available first half of December for a little extra distance. Sig 522 SWAT with PA M3 and Magpul AFG2:

my friend almost killed himself today

Ultimately, he's lucky he had a friend there, he'll never do that again, and it's very possible that he'll be just as mindful in the future and will hopefully check others weapons as well. It worked out for the best, the guy was educated, and no one got hurt.

my friend almost killed himself today

I think a few people have made snap judgements and may for dramatic effect went a little overboard in their opinions but come on, this is the internet. Had they the time to stop and think before they posted they may have been more rational but understand that most people don't have the time to...

Thnx for the quick refresher. It's not that everyone doesn't know to check but it helps to be reminded at times as it's easy to become complacent.

    M&P v. 522 model

Sig 522 is not ammo finicky as far my experience goes. I've had 2, both with roughly 1500 rounds each, and neither has ever experienced any kind of failure at all, ammo related or rifle related. I actually expected a few based solely on the caliber but no, none what so ever. It's an absolute joy...

    Poll: SCAR or ACR?

Where's the option for neither? I guess if I was forced into spending disposable income on one or the other I would choose the SCAR.

American Tactical Imports AMT M4-22 22LR Upper

Edit: Works now, good work. Never heard of it but it's a completely polymer upper? I know it's a .22 but I guess I've just been spolied by the Sig 522. I'd personally have to spend the extra jack and go with a Spikes if I was looking solely for an upper. For not much more you could have a...

Noveske or LWRC which one would you buy and why?

BCM = Bravo Company Manufacturing, and I would do the same thing. There is nothing a Noveske can do that a BCM can't. BCM upper, BCM lower, BCM BCG and you're set, some MagPul aftermarket stuff and rock n' roll.

I dont reccomend you buy a Sig 556

My 522 didn't have a rollmark, nothing at all on the left side of the upper but the serial #, they wanted it back, I sent it back with full knowledge it was a simple replacement. They didn't need to keep it, get it to a gunsmith, correct an issue and send it back, but it took a full month. A...

    Best .22 Rifle Under $400

If I were to buy a bolt action .22, it would most certainly be a CZ. I would monitor GB for a good deal and snatch it up.

Angry shooter at the range today.

Some issues revolve around those less skilled and knowledgable giving advice to those more skilled. When you consistently see the same idiot shoot poorly, very poorly, wobbly, on the verge of unsafe, yet come around and instruct you and others on how to shoot, it's just too much, and this...
