The SA is in the top portion of the box, the whole box is incomplete. And it is on the left side of the stock. Charles

that's what I've been finding, was wondering if a previous owner(s) tried to remark the cartouche and not knowing the right marks or if it was done by another country that the rifle might have been on loan to. Wanting to refinish the stock, will keep all the marks if they are of value.
