i have rcbs and hornady. I have to say that i hate the hornady. I use rcbs for 308, 223, and 45 acp. Hornady for the 45-70 and 300 blk out. I got my first stuck case with a hornady. Well tell the truth reloading the straight wall cases with hornady is awful. The 300 is a little better i guess...

I noticed you said you have a few loads with h4198. What would be a good 75-90 percent load with that powder using a 405

Thanks for all the replies I am planning to try some different powder as soon as the market stabilizes . I was talking to a friend about it and he was saying it was problem a pressure thing(varget needs the high pressure to burn correctly)
