Yeah actually I can't even find that model on Remington's website, though they have a few other ShurShot's there. I just pulled the box out of the closet to get a model # and academy says it is chambered for 3". Thanks, it sounds like it may be worth a try.

I have a Remington "ShurShot" with a 26" barrel and a remington 870 receiver. The receiver serial does not end in "M", it is stamped "RS#####D" and the barrel says "***12 GA. 2 3/4" and 3"*** 3 1/2" Only with Super Magnum Receiver" It seems like the barrel can shoot 3" shells but I am not...
