the k-31 kics like a mule....i put a recoil pad on their and after 80 rds i started to hurt....shooting my sks feels like a .22 compared to the k-31....
i actually tried spraying some brake cleaner into the cut-off valve....and it was still stuck....and yes, i didn't completely clean out all of the cosmoline when i fired it....i did a quick cleaning
