What size primers are you using for your 357 max? I'm using IMR 4227. Will be using 158gr and 180gr bullets. Also do you have a pet load with this powder? Using MGM 20in barrel. Thanks in advance.

Another vote for one-shot.

I have not had any problems with deforming of brass, and mine shoots very good groups. I am shooting a Browning A-bolt.

I put a limbsaver recoil pad on mine, and now it is a pleasure to shoot. I have an Encore 7mm-08 that will out kick it. The worst kicking gun I have in my safe is a Ruger M-77 with a wood stock. It is a beast.

Per the Nosler guide loading Varget, 35gr. is the max load 3635fps, 33gr. median 3454fps, 31gr. minimum 3273fps. I don't reload this caliber, but I hope this helps.

I just purchased this scale, and when I turned it on it reads 2009, and will not change. I can't get a reading, and it will not let me zero the scale. I called RCBS today and the tech is out till Monday. Has anyone else had this problem?
