I've always wanted to have a so called 'truck gun' (I own a sedan), but have remained less than confident in my ability to completely secure a firearm in my vehicle. If I could figure out a way to bolt the firearm to the frame perhaps, I think I'd commit to the idea. Any suggestions? Sorry...
While the Walmarts around here have been hit or miss in terms of ammo being in stock, at least one of the local gun shops consistently has many boxes on shelf. Much of the ammo there is overpriced to be sure, however the .40S&W I've been buying whenever feasible is still reasonably priced...

Colorado has a similar bill being read (not sure of current status) which if I read correctly clarified a "deadly weapon" to include unloaded firearms as well.
