Just out of curiosity, what happens with the bound book when/if the 03 FFL holder decides not to renew the license? Does it get turned over to the BATF? Is the owner required to keep it for X years?

HEBRON, West Bank (Reuters) - Two years ago, an M16 automatic rifle could fetch $5,400 or more in the Palestinian West Bank. Now buyers at Hebron's clandestine gun market are asked to pay more than double...
Going off-topic a bit, but the 10-round limit also does not apply to tube-fed lever-action rifles (rimfire or centerfire). You can legally buy an Uberti 1873 rifle with a 14-round tube in California, for example
Also, I believe all tube-fed rimfires are exempt, not just .22s. But I'm not...
I hadn't noticed them before, so I popped in the DVD after reading your post. Sure enough, two M1A1s sitting there, plain as day. Don't know how that escaped my attention.

San Francisco does not own the Cow Palace. The city does own a small part of the parking lot, but that's not enough leverage to ban the shows.
This issue has cropped up before when some S.F. politician vows to "shut down" the gun show, only to find out the Cow Palace is in a different city...
